Our SUSPENDED® Luggage
Rack Only System is specially designed to be used in the vehicles of MB
Sprinter, VW Crafter and Iveco Daily. It is a widely configurable
system with the great advantage of requiring very short assembly time
(approximately 1 hour per vehicle) and having less weight and cost
compared to the traditional metal or FRP systems.
SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack System includes the following features;
- Luggage rack; supported by plastic injected brackets which can have LED backlight as option.
- Hinge profile system; the luggage rack system is assembled into the vehicle within maximum one
hour via the help of our patented hinge profile system.
- Luggage rack cabs; which are made of PU on both ends of the luggage rack system.
- Light channel; with LED light source and transparent light diffuser (optional)
- Fabric or imitation leather upholstery (optional)
Some of the main advantages of the SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack System Before we get into the details, we would like to take your attention to some of the very important advantages of our system; 1. Our SUSPENDED® Luggage Rack System weights only 1/3 of the conventional metal or FRP luggage rack systems, so it gives the opportunity of fuel economy and higher performance. 2. The assembly of a CBU system takes only 1 hour for each vehicle. So instead of spending several days for a single metal or FRP luggage rack, you have an important cost reduction in working hours with the help of our patented hinge profile system. 3. All the material used in our SUSPENDED® system has the approval of Europe automotive standards. 4. Thanks to its light structure, our system is much safer in case of an accident.
Brackets;
The luggage rack system is suspended to the ceiling via plastic injected
brackets, which can have an LED backlight as an option. The LED light
source, which is placed inside the bracket, is covered by a
polycarbonate cover. The standard color of the LED back light and also
the polycarbonate cover is blue, but other colors are also available
upon request. By the help of these brackets, the system is assembled to
the ceiling in a very strong way having a loading capacity of
approximately 100 kg per meter. With the help of the special
construction of the system and the materials specially used, the
passengers do not hear any noise of vibration during the voyage.
LED Light Channel (option);
The system is also configurable with an LED light channel, which
consists of an integrated aluminum base profile, a polycarbonate light
diffuser and also the electronic printed circuit boards of LEDs. The LED
light channel is located on the ceiling on both sides, all the length
of the luggage rack. The LED stripe can be configured in different
colors, but generally used in two different circuits white for normal
and blue for night light.
Luggage Rack Caps;
The luggage rack, on both front and rear ends, has soft PU caps which
provide an esthetic finishing and also a security feature in case of an
accident.
Perfectly Fits Into Section of MB SPRINTER or VW CRAFTER; As you can see below, our system perfectly fits into the section of the MB SPRINTER and VW CRAFTER vehicles. Thanks to its patented Hinge Profile System, the assembly of a vehicle takes only one hour.
